Cousin Caitlyn comes to town

Been having a fun weekend showing my cousin Caitlyn around town. 

Spent a glorious day at the Getty Center.  The London Calling show was better then expected, the weather was excellent and dinner was off the charts yummy (Simply Thai).  A good day for sure.

SAG/AFTRA Summer Intensive

Had a blast leading an Animation Workshop for the SAG/AFTRA Summer Intensive Workshops.  Over 70 people in the class!
Such great energy working with all of these people:

I invited the lovely Debi Derryberry to stop by and show the audience what a multi-voiced character actor sounds like.  She rocked her "mock" audition performing seven different characters in one piece. Whew!  That's talent!!  And it gave the audience an idea of the competition in this competitive field.  Thank you Debi! You're the best.  xoxo

We really enjoyed this musical.   Very up lifting.  Carol King is a national treasure.

Whenever I go to the Pantages I think of my Nana.  I remember her taking me there to see shows when I was a little kid.  So I get to see great entertainment and be lovingly reminded of my beautiful Nana at the same time.  That theatre is gorgeous!

Mothers Day with Mom and Uncle Bob

Had a lovely day hanging out in Santa Barbara with my Uncle Bob and Mother for Mother's Day.   We ate, walked along the beach, did some shopping and ended up at McConnells.  A perfect day!

Westlake lunch and hike

 Spent a lovely day in Westlake.  We started with lunch on the lake.

Friends forever!

We took a spur of the moment hike today at Placerita Canyon.  Our dear friend Curt joined us for the hike and then his wife Kathy joined us at Don Cuco's for dinner.  Love these guys!  We've been friends since high school.
