Went To A Garden Party....

Loving life Los Feliz style....at Jimmy and Nick's life celebration.

There were two bands.  A folky rock-a-billy band...

And a jazz band that played classic melodies...

This trumpet player was amazing, every note sheer perfection.

Truly a horrible picture but I had to put it up just to show what a pig us women can be when there is a dessert buffet....needless to say I was sick later that night from over eating.

TECH ART 2 at the Academy

Last night was the first of the events that are featuring Vince's photographs as part of the "Inside the Booth" program at AMPAS.


I'm always amazed at how beautiful these images are.  Leave it to V. to make hard metal objects look glamorously beautiful.

Happy Valentine's Day

Vince wanted to give me something different this year so he had an edible arrangement made from fruit and veggies grown from Jimmy's garden.  Sweet!

Gridley Trail in Ojai

Nothing better then spending the day with loved ones in a beautiful setting.  Ojai fits that description to a T.
The weatherman said it was going to rain but instead we got sunshine and blue skies.  I even got a little sunburned.

TECH ART II AT AMPAS

Just in time for this year's Oscar Nominated Movie screenings, Vince's Tech Art II show has gone on exhibit in the lobby of the Academy's Linwood Dunn theatre.

We were there the day they were hanging the photographs so I took a couple of snapshots on V's phone.  They're kind of grainy but you'll get the picture :)
