Happy Easter

Woke up this Easter Sunday and just had to make pistachio cupcakes with strawberry frosting. 

I also made a cake.  Which one will taste better?  I'll find out soon.

Update:  OMG!  This came out delicious.  I'll be eating cake all week so expect me in tears next week when I gained a pound :)
