TECH ART II AT AMPAS

Just in time for this year's Oscar Nominated Movie screenings, Vince's Tech Art II show has gone on exhibit in the lobby of the Academy's Linwood Dunn theatre.

We were there the day they were hanging the photographs so I took a couple of snapshots on V's phone.  They're kind of grainy but you'll get the picture :)

The Check Is In The Mail

My first check from the sale of Wham Glam Thank You Ma'am!  I'd like to add a bunch of zero's after the amount but hey, it's a start.  :)
I love that complete strangers bought my story.  Thank you Skylight Bookstore for your support of local writers. I'm proud to live in Los Feliz where we actually have a thriving community bookstore and people who still read.

Fort Tejon

How many times have you passed the sign on the 5 Freeway for Fort Tejon?  We decided to go there today.  We had fun exploring the old fort and the hike in to the canyon behind the fort was even better.  We saw tons of deer and birds.  It was a lovely way to spend my birthday.
