Moving Christmas

Cuteness personified.  Matt posing with his mom and dad's new book, "Moving Christmas."

Thanksgiving

For some reason we were photo free this holiday weekend.  Maybe I was foggy because I had a cold throughout the entire holiday.  I forgot to take pictures of Mario, Curt and the boys at the Stooges festival, the dinner table at mom's house, dinner at Nancy's house, our visit to the gallery to see the Braque and Picasso prints...so the past long weekend will surely fade in to the haze of life but here's a few that we took:

A perfect day

Santa Barbara is the perfect day trip.  Especially when one of your best friends lives there and she just got a new puppy.

Introducing....Kaya, a nine week old miniature Australian Shepherd.  One of the cutest things I ever laid my eyes on. I'm in love!

Kikey Castillo Photo Shoot

Here's some behind-the-scenes pictures I took during our photo shoot/publicity film shoot that we did with Kikey Castillo.  I'll post some of Vince's still photographs once they're cleaned up and ready to be shown.

Halloween Week 2012

There's no denying it....the holidays are here!

We took a drive to the Angeles Crest Forest in search of fall colors but mostly found burned trees.  The poor mountains need a few more years of recovery after the devastating fires last year.

When we got home from the forest it was time to get ready for the party.  Let the carving begin!

Later that evening we went to Janet and Kim's costume party:

Vince went as Kim!

The next night we saw "Book of Mormon" for Mark's birthday.  It was hilarious!  My face hurt from laughing:

And then Halloween officially arrived:

Vince got several thumbs up on his carving skills from the trick or treaters:

Our neighborhood goes nuts on Halloween.  Thousands of kids are shipped to our hood for a safe place to trick or treat.  It's wild in the streets with little kids all hopped up on candy.

Even Jack in the Box made an appearance:
