Desert X - Palm Springs - March 25, 2023

Driving to Palm Springs (these are phone pix as we're driving but you'll get the point) we couldn't believe how much snow there was on the mountains.  We've never seen this much snow ever!

Whoever came up with the idea of Desert X is a genius.  It's so much fun to go to Palm Springs with a map of all these art installations and you go at your own pace and see art.

Exhibit #3 - A chain link maze.  At first I wasn't that impressed and then we walked inside of it and really enjoyed this art piece.

We stopped by Sunnylands for one of the art exhibits.  Check out the snow on the mountains!

March 9, 2023 - We lost our Topaz, our constant companion

 I've posted many photos of my boy Topaz but I wanted to put up a few in his memory as we had to euthanize him yesterday.  Our hearts are broken, all while remembering what an amazing gift he was.  Hug your animals!  They are one of the greatest gifts you'll ever receive.  Unconditional love.

Snow on Mountains in February 2023

 It's mind blowing when it snows in L.A.  This time it really snowed a lot and a week later the snow is still on the mountains.  Very unusual and very pretty.

 He really loves yogurt and waits patiently for me to give him some.  He's my constant companion...
